Join us for salmon spawning surveys in Bings, Averill and Richards Creeks, it’s a great opportunity to learn about salmon in the S’amunu/Somenos Watershed and get to know our local creeks a little better. We will be walking up sections of each creek counting spawning salmon, this will continue through the spawning season, once every two weeks on Thursdays.

We will be meeting at the Somenos Marsh Wildlife Society’s office downtown at 12:00pm, to get organized, it will require some bushwhacking and walking in the creeks so be prepared to get a little dirty.
