We will be working along Somenos Creek to restore a section of the riparian area by removing invasive and planting new native species. We are doing this work in order to shade out invasive aquatic species and improve habitat and bank stability. We will meet at the Somenos Dog Park on Beverly Street at 9:30 am and will be finished around 11:30 am, we advise that you bring weather-appropriate clothing as well as lots of water and close-toed shoes as we will be using tools. and working with blackberries.
